Raised in a small coastal town in Connecticut, Tommy has come full circle – now leading from Daversa’s Connecticut headquarters. He began his career in Washington, D.C., where early exposure to Aerospace, Defense, and Frontier Tech defined the trajectory of his work from day one. A move to Los Angeles further expanded his footprint in Frontier Tech while broadening his portfolio to include some of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the country.

Tommy gravitates toward complexity. He thrives on distilling highly nuanced challenges in emerging industries that are still taking shape, where the playbook hasn’t yet been written. Equally fluent across deeply technical Engineering and Product mandates as he is across large-scale Go-To-Market leadership roles, he partners with companies operating at the frontier of innovation. His client work includes IonQ, Lightmatter, PsiQuantum, Whatnot, Liquid Death, Epirus, Apex Space, Maxar, General Motors, and Liquid AI.

Tommy earned his B.S. in Supply Chain Management with a Minor in International Business from Penn State. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the nearest golf course or chair lift - never far from competition or altitude.
